What's your refund policy?
At Trovescape, we offer refunds for faulty products within 7 days of receipt. To request a refund, please contact our service team with your proof of payment, receipt, and the original packaging. Refunds are only available for items that are defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for physical damage incurred after delivery or dissatisfaction with colors. How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually within Dhaka, we try to deliver within 1-2 business days, outside of Dhaka 3-5 business days. You can always track your order with the order ID.
